Payment: We accept all major credit cards through Paypal and through Shopify Payments. We also accept payment by BACS or by credit card over the phone just call 01229 480703 to arrange to pay either of these ways.

International Customers: You will not be charged VAT so you will pay 20% less at checkout. You might have to pay this in your home country when your parcel arrives. Depending on where you live you may also be charged a custom or duty tax. We are not able to calculate any of these charges as they vary from country to country. 

Shipping in the UK: Delivery is FREE in the UK for orders over £30. We use 2nd class tracked and signed with Royal Mail. Delays do occur at times. If you would like to express your parcel you can choose to use courier service which is £4.50 just choose this option at checkout.

International Shipping: We charge a standard rate of £25 for international shipping and will use Royal Mail or a courier service where possible.  

Returns: You can return anything you buy in the original condition within 14 days. Please just return the item to us as soon as you can and a refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned goods.
