With its 15,000 mm waterproof rating, the coat can withstand high water column pressure and is made with materials and details inspired by cross-atlantic sailing gear.
Featuring a 3-layer construction, which ensures that the coat is completely waterproof, breathable and fits great.
1: Outer: a tightly woven material with slight stretch and very good abrasion resistance. The surface is treated with a fluorine-free water-repellent bionic finish.
2: The next layer is the heart of the jacket's function: the membrane which is laminated between the outer material and the inner material.
3: Inside, there is a mesh material laminated to the membrane. This material protects the waterproof membrane from scratches and scuffs, and at the same time makes the inside of the jacket smooth and therefore easy to put on and take off.
The raincoat has taped seams and is windproof, waterproof and breathable and features a soft lycra rib at the wrist to keep the wind out. It has an internal drawstring at the waist that can be adjusted so that you can size the coat as needed.
The raincoat has two large pockets that close with a snap button. The removable hood fits super well and provides good protection for the head and neck.
The raincoat can be machine washed at 30 degrees. However, it is generally recommended that you wash outerwear as little as possible. So air it out or give it a wet cloth as an alternative to washing.
